1. Replace existing 135 cfm 35-ton ac with york custom air handler #ahu=3c and place new unit on new steel platform 5 above existing roof, in same location as old platform. Replace all associated exterior duct work. Platform construction and all equipment will conform to specifications received on 1/8/13 and stamped vcc approved on 3/27/13. Platform and units will be located as shown on plans received on 1/8/13 and 2/25/13 and stamped vcc approved on 3/27/13. 2. Use of small derrick crane temporarily mounted on parking garage to assist in steel platform installation. 3. The new platform and all equipment will be positioned so that they will not be visible from the street or from any of the adjacent buildings.
